Hyp Lyfe ships orders daily from Monday - Friday, with the exception of domestic holidays. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and up to an additional 3 business days for your items to be shipped. Please note that some items in your order may ship separately. If items ship separately you may receive multiple tracking number emails. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen shipments.

We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at Hyp Lyfe prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Hyp Lyfe will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.  

Returns

All items purchased at www.HypLyfe.com are FINAL SALE, meaning no returns, refunds, exchanges or chargebacks will be accepted or honored.  

 

Shipping and Handling

We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within one (1) hour of the order being placed. Cancellation requests made after one (1)  hour of order placement must follow our normal returns procedure. If a cancellation request is submitted while an order is being processed at our warehouse then the request will be declined. Order cancellation requests placed within the one (1) hour window are not guaranteed. 

Defective Merchandise

Hyp Lyfe does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to HypLyfe@Gmail.com. Hyp Lyfe will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
